A survey of Christian spirituality. Spiritual disciplines such as the prayer of Jesus, silence and solitude, continual prayer (1 Thess. 5:17), and meditation will be examined in methodology and overall relation to devotional theology. The general disciplines of Bible study, fasting, service, and worship will also be discussed. Enrich your own walk with Christ through the study and application of varied Christian spirituality. The class includes audio lectures. Spiritual Disciplines is required for the Certificate of Ministry.
